Ilya Shnayder

Ilya Shnayder is known throughout New England as one of the top personal producers in the country, having averaged over $2,500 per transaction in F&I profitability for over 15 years.  He has trained literally hundreds of Business Managers and Finance Directors during his tenures as Vice President/Director of Finance of Boch Enterprises and as the Corporate Finance Director of International Cars, Ltd and of The Herb Chambers Companies where he oversaw F&I operations for 54 automobile dealerships in multiple states.  He established Apollo Automotive Services to provide stand-alone dealers and small groups the same level of service that the “big boys” get from their in house corporate finance directors without having to pay $300,000 – $400,000+ per year.

A big believer in menu selling, Mr. Shnayder is a master of building value in the products being sold thus reducing dealerships’ reliance on finance reserve as their primary back end profit center dramatically reducing chargebacks and improving CSI scores.  He is also a big proponent of training, not just in an F&I school environment, but also sitting in the finance office taking TO’s while Business Managers watch and then sitting in on their TO’s and critiquing them.
